One of the key of firefox success is great availability addons, this time I just want to play around with my firefox tabs to make something different in my browsing experience, I think these addons will change our browsing habit like, switching tab, restoring tab, previewing tab, etc. Well not all of these addons I use but it still great to know it.

Tab Grouping, Style and Position

1. Tab Kit

Tab grouping, each group equipped with unique color, it can be viewed as vertical tab tree which great thing for widescreen monitor, multi-rows, and various tweaks for power users.

2. Chroma Tab Plus

ChromaTabs Plus makes tabs more readily identifiable by tinting each tab a different color depending on the website loaded. Just coloring the tab do not have tree style tab.

3. Tab On Top

Moving tabs that actually reach the top of window, tabs like Chrome browser, but without any undesired extras.

4. Hide Caption Titlebar Plus (Smart)

Maximize your screen space by controlling the presence of Firefox window Title-bar (Caption) & borders, to be like Chrome Browser. Combined with “TabOnTop” will just look a like Chrome Browser, but the bad thing I don’t know how to drag the firefox windows, just using maximize and minimize icons.

5. Tab Group Manager

6. Alpha Tab

This addons is more like TabOnTop and HideCaptionTitleBar combined, but i think this is greater because unlike TabOnTop, this addons enabling you to drag the firefox window, and the menu is located on the right, just like Chrome Browser.

his extension enhances the way web pages are saved on your computer. It provides the following advantages over the built-in save system:
- A complete page can be saved in a single file (web archive)
- You can name files using the title of the page (title save)
- The saved pages are faithful to the original (exact save)
You can view and save MHT (MHTML) files, with excellent compatibility with Internet Explorer; but more importantly, you can use the MAFF file format, with the following advantages:
- Save disk space, since MAFF files are compressed
- Include video and audio embedded in the pages
- Be universal, since MAFF is based on ZIP and compatible with Linux and other platforms
- Use an open format, with no risk of vendor lock-in
The MAFF format is exceptional when combined with the built-in browser support for the Ogg Vorbis and Ogg Theora media formats in web pages: you can save everything in a single file. You can even save more than one tab in a single MAFF file. The MAF extension allows you to convert your already saved pages to the format of your choice. You can use this feature to save disk space, or even to convert MAFF to the other formats, should you ever decide to go back. MAF also interoperates with other extensions, for example:
- Multiple Tab Handler (easily select the tabs to save)
- UnMHT (additional expert features to read and write MHTML)
